Overview
Making Romanian Smoked Sausages is a tradition in our family.
Romanian Sausages are made from specific cuts of fresh meat that is mixed with natural spices and we smoke them to perfection. We do not use artificial fillers.
Our sausages are fully cooked, so enjoy for breakfast, over sauerkraut, or in a whole-wheat roll for lunch or dinner.
FEATURE: Our sausages are packed in two 12” long links with an average weight of 1 lb.
NOTE: The curing, smoking and drying process that our product will go through will influence the final weight of the product that will vary slightly from 1 lb. To ensure accurate charging, our customers will be charged only for the final weight of the product.
