Cabanos Sausages is a sausage that is made out of pork. Commonly they are dry in texture and smoky in flavor. Typically Cabanos Sausages are very thin, with a diameter of around 2 centimeter or 0.79 in, giving them a very characteristic appearance.

Cabanos are eaten along as an appetizer, or served with cheese.
